Foods That Burn Belly Fat – What They Don't Want You To Know

Got some loose belly fat or belly fat to lose? Well here is a surprising twist, there are foods that you can eat that will actually stimulate your metabolism and in some instances make it easier for fat to be burned off. No; I don’t have bats in my belfry or fairies at the bottom of my garden, there really are. Give the special shakes, pricey pills and detrimentally restrictive diets the flick.

All you need to do is get back to nature, you will find most of the fat burning foods readily available at your local supermarket or grocery store.  There are plenty of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, fruits, berries, lean meats, fish, low fat dairy and even teas that can help give your metabolism a kick start.  Added with some regular excercise on a daily basis, you have natures food furnace at your fingertips.

The health and well being industry is massive; and so is a sizeable chunk of the population.  Dietry supplements, vitamins are big business, detox and all sorts of diet programs are now being marketed and endorsed by everyone under the sun.  They wouldn’t want to lose a chunk of their income by encouraging people to use their own common sense by learning to make their own health and lifestyle decisions.

I used to work for a great company that had various naturopaths and research chemists who allowed me to pick their brains on a regular basis in regard to all things healthy.  While not an expert, I feel confident sorting out genuine information from some rubbish commonly touted in all forms of media.  I never buy into any of the media hype, I do my own research online, contact experts and use common sense; you should too.

A friend introduced me to Mike Geary’s Truth About Six Pack Abs; it’s a great manual for all things nutritional, including foods that burn belly fat, and getting rid of loose belly fat.  Do your own research, take control of your life and your health instead of lining the pockets of people who don’t really care about you the way you should.
